since my stated position rejects any favoritism, I don't see why you are bringing this up.

Law should be colorblind, and that goes for favoring minorities as well as favoring the majority. I have no loyalty to blood, my loyalty is to my ideals, and they have no relation to heredity.

But what do you mean when you say criminals? If you are refereeing to a group of individuals who have committed a crime worthy of a capital offense then that is fine. If not...
