Ok so the consensus is its a racist claim. Now as I stated it was made about latino's, by the latino center in Chelsea.

Does that mean the folks at the latino center are racist towards latinos?

Do you consider the claim that Latino's like trash racist?

They certainly make about nine times the trash of a white family. The ***slur deleted*** in my apartment complex fills up two of the three cans by herself.

But yes, it's certainly a racist claim.
